We operate a Facebook application solely for the purpose of managing and publishing content to our own Facebook Page(s) and Instagram account(s) through Postiz, an open-source social media management tool. This application is used exclusively for our own business operations and is not offered as a service to third-party users.

2. Information We Collect

Through our Facebook application integration, we may access and process the following types of information:

• Facebook Page Data: Page name, Page ID, and access tokens required to publish content to our Facebook Page(s).
• Instagram Business Account Data: Account information linked to our Facebook Page(s) for content publishing.
• Content Data: Posts, images, videos, and other media that we create and schedule for publication through our application.
• Authentication Tokens: OAuth tokens provided by Meta/Facebook to authorize our application to interact with our accounts. We do not store Facebook passwords.
• Analytics and Insights: Publicly available engagement metrics related to our published content, such as likes, comments, shares, and reach.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information collected through our Facebook application exclusively for the following purposes:

• Scheduling and publishing social media content to our Facebook Page(s) and Instagram account(s).
• Managing our social media presence and marketing campaigns.
• Analyzing the performance of our published content.
• Maintaining the technical functionality and security of our integration.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data processed through our Facebook application is stored on our self-hosted infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect stored data, including encrypted connections and secure authentication token storage. Access to our systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal information collected through our Facebook application with any third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Meta/Facebook Platform: We share data with Meta as required by their Platform Terms to maintain our application's functionality. This is limited to data necessary for the technical operation of the integration.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or comply with a judicial proceeding.

6. Data Retention

We retain data collected through our Facebook application only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Authentication tokens are retained as long as the integration is active. If we discontinue use of our Facebook application or if Facebook disables it, we will delete all data obtained through the Facebook API in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.

If you believe that we have inadvertently collected your personal information through our Facebook application (for example, through public interactions with our content), you may contact us to:

• Request information about any personal data we may hold.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
